My Face Favourites

1. L'Oréal Paris Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution. When i saw high street brands were having ago at Micellar water i obviously had to give one a try. I went in looking for the Garnier version but came up empty in Boots, when i saw this L'oreal one at a price of £2.99 (it was on offer, its about £1 more when not) how could i refuse! You really cannot fault this for the price, it's a great way of easily shifting almost all traces of makeup, and definitely feels as though it's being kind to the skin. It does struggle a little with my mascara, and I wouldn't say the 'press on the lips or eyes to dissolve all traces, no ribbing' is true with my experience, but with a second pad it does get it gone. And I have to say that this is my second bottle, and I would buy it again. Winning product in my eyes and definitely a more purse friendly option 2. L'Oréal Paris Skin Perfection 15 Second Miracle Cleansing Oil Face and Eyes This is a great product in its own right, I have never tried anything like it before however I did feel the need to go over my skin with the Micellar Solution afterwards. But that could be because I wear pretty hefty Bobbi Brown products? And it did struggle a little with my two layers of mascara. It does however leave my skin feeling so soft and not greasy at all, if you're lucky enough to not have to wear as much foundation as I do then I do highly recommend giving this a try  3. REN Active 7 Eye Gel* I'm never really blown away by an eye product, especially on the claims to 'rejuvenate and reduce dark circles', mine are hard to shift. But almost immediately after applying this bad boy I saw results. Under my eyes look refreshed and radiant, and it's a great base for applying makeup. I couldn't recommend this product anymore, ten out of ten.

What products have your gorgeous faces been loving? Make sure you share them with me so I can give them a try, especially an alternative cleansing oil recommendations?

A bit of Spring Sparkle by 'Rings And Tings'

I'm a bit of a jewellery hoarder and if it sparkles I have to have it, so when Rings And Tings contacted me I was overjoyed and soon to be overwhelmed by all the sparkly things to choose from. It was super hard to narrow it down to just two but these stood out for me as they are great pieces for  blinging up a plain T or black dress, which I'm always doing.

I chose this VINTAGE STYLE CRYSTAL FLOWERS NECKLACE*  as I love pairing a big statement necklace with a white T-shirt to make it feel girly and I'm a sucker for anything unusual, vintage/vintage style. This caught my eye pretty quickly and I'm so happy I chose it, it's very beautiful and I can't wait to wear it out.
My second choice were the OVAL WITH CRYSTAL EARRINGS*. I love big earrings, but I'm not a 'dangly' gal so these are just perfect. The colours are beautiful and I think they would be perfect for any spring/summer wedding outfit.
I truly was spoilt for choice on Rings And Tings and everything is such great value for money. They also do bags and clothing so get over there and swoon over some beautiful pieces…

Let me know what you thought of my picks, and any favourites you've seen!
I hope you're all enjoying the sun, even if like here it is still a little chilly.

Recent Staple Buys

Pleather pencil skirt - Primark. I've rocked a pencil skirt for many years now and have been eyeing up the leather look ones, when I saw this one on sale thought no better time to give the look a go (even if it is a little big) / SoCal & Co jumper- USC. My local USC is closing down and were clearing out their stock. I came out with another jumper to add to my collection / Matte sunglasses - Primark. I need to start stocking up for when the sun arrived, I have a tendency to break them. I hope these ones last, I love the matte frames / White and black 3/4 jumper - Primark. / Patent T-Bar flats - Primark. These were an absolute bargain at just £4, who could say no to that / Knitted fringed kimono cardigan - Primark. This is going to be coming out in the summer, paired with a cami and shorts no doubt.

As always I'm loving a bit of Primark, and always need to be kept updated with their stock. So if you've been hitting the Primarni rails recently let me know! Share you're posts and thoughts on personal picks in my comment box
